For over 60 years Bernicia has been a highly respected organisation providing quality affordable homes and delivering a range of exceptional services to people across the North East region.
In April 2022 we launched our four-year Housing People, Helping People corporate strategy, which will see us invest over £210m in services, in new and existing homes, in neighbourhoods, in communities and in the North East region.
